The Campus Landscaping Enhancement Committee (CLEC) is a subcommittee under the Campus Planning Committee (CPC).  Its terms of reference are as follows:

  1. To recommend for consideration by CPC new plans and projects that aim to enhance the attractiveness and exquisiteness of the landscape of the campus.
  2. To assess and review campus landscaping proposals in capital projects endorsed by CPC.
  3. To improve general awareness and communications among students and staff on campus landscaping matters.
  4. To vet tree felling and compensation applications, and the proposed landscaping plan in relation to capital projects that have been endorsed by CPC.
  5. To recommend the appointment of landscape consultants/professionals, if deemed necessary.
  6. To coordinate any other duties/functions on campus landscaping matters as may from time to time be assigned by the Vice-Chancellor.
